RemindersADP iPay StatementsJust a reminder that Meridian does not mail pay stubs. Employees who participate in direct deposit can access their earnings statements online through ADP’s iPay Statements website 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. This information is not available on Meridian’s website. To access your statements go to https://paystatements.adp.com. Registration is required. TimeSheetsBeat the holiday rush...get your timesheets in before the holiday weekend! Employee HandbookEmployees can access Meridian’s Employee Handbook online at http://www.meridiangroup.com/pdf/employee_handbook.pdf. It contains all of Meridian’s policies and procedures. It is every employee’s responsibility to read the Handbook and abide by Meridian’s policies. If you have questions about the Handbook or a specific policy, please contact Sara Powell in the Portland office. Summer VacationSchool’s out, but timesheets are still in! Please remember to notify Meridian (corky@meridiangroup.com or sara@meridiangroup.com) if you have vacation plans. Don’t forget that Meridian’s time off policy does not allow vacations longer than 2 weeks in duration. Have a safe summer!
