Meridian has eight senior recruiters with an average experience of IT recruiting
in excess of 10 years. These individual are located throughout our geographic presence
and have complementary strengths in the areas of candidate expertise. Each of our
recruiters works on every client request that is issued.
Meridian recruiters "source" their candidates via referrals, networking and their
own personal pipelines. Meridian maintains its own recruiting software application
which includes over 50,000 candidates.

Candidate resumes are compared to job descriptions and then scrutinized further
by members of the technical operations team to ensure that client and Meridian standards
are being met. The account managers review the job descriptions with the candidates,
discussing not only the requirements of the assignment, but also relevant information
regarding the client environment. Each new consultant employed for a client assignment
will come to work prepared to make a difference. We understand the pressure that
