Initial Meeting

Your search will be approached by our experienced recruiting teams, using specialized tools and resources to find the exact talent you need. Resources include direct referrals to passive candidates, redeployment of current Meridian employees, accessing job boards, social media and our extensive network, including Meridian alumni and professional organizations.


Each resume is reviewed. Suitable candidates will be screened by phone, then undergo technical assessments to evaluate both hard and soft skills.

Internal Interview

Once the top candidates are selected, we conduct in-depth, face-to-face interviews and complete a skill set and experience review. Before we submit any candidate to you, we perform reference checks.

The Decision

You’ll interview the prescreened candidates of your choice and make your selection. We finish the process by extending the offer, completing all employment-related paperwork and background checks, and facilitating the onboarding process.
